What a wonderful place Polaris is! Through the lessons and experiences our Teachers so carefully plan, our students are able to learn at high levels while still immersing themselves in creativity! Even though it’s May, we aren’t finished yet, and we are excited to share with you! I hope to see you at the following events!
The close of the year brings a new kind of excitement combined with pride in our work and sadness about those who will be leaving us. We will miss our fifth graders so much! Saying good-bye to this extraordinary group of students is going to be difficult I will miss their smiles, hugs and humor.
Creativity abounds in many ways here at Polaris and our retirement celebrations are no different. For a retirement celebration, Mrs. Richards and Mr. Mey had the unique and creative idea of being a station at Field Day. They will be serving cake to students and greeting parents. Please stop by to wish them well, share a memory, and to say thank you for their many years of dedication to the Polaris community.
If you have volunteered in any capacity this year, we want to say thank you with a breakfast the morning of field day. It will be in the TLC (next to the gym). Please stop by for a treat before joining your student for field day! This is for adults an very small children only.
Our Spring Showcase is just around the corner, too! You won’t want to miss this fun evening of music, demonstrations, food and celebration!
