The Jogathon is an annual fall student-driven Polaris fundraiser. The 2017 Jogathon is Friday, October 6, 2017, and this year we aim to raise $25,000!
You’re welcome to come and cheer on your kiddos during their scheduled run time. They love the extra support! Here’s when the students will run:
- 1st Grade: 9:15-9:45
- 2nd Grade 9:45 – 10:15
- 3rd Grade 10:15 – 10:45
- 4th Grade 10;45 – 11:15
- 5th Grade 11:15 – 11:45
What Students Should Wear
The morning of Jogathon, please send your students to school in weather- and running-appropriate gear for the event. The students picked tie-dye for this year’s theme, so please also have you students dress in their best colorful gear!
- Cash or checks can be dropped off in the silver box in the school office along with the completed pledge form. Please make checks out to “Polaris PTO,” and write the student’s name and teacher in the check’s memo line.
- Online via ColoradoGives. Please add the student’s name and teacher in the “Special Instructions” box.
How to Volunteer
Volunteers are always needed to help keep this event fun and exciting. If you’re interested in helping, please see our Jogathon Signup Genius.
If we need to reschedule due to weather, we’ll email the school by Thursday morning, October 5th. The rain date (if needed) will be Friday, October 13th.

Gift Card Drawings
All students who collect 5 pledges and 10 pledges or more will be entered in a drawing to receive gift cards from fun vendors like Little Man Ice Cream, Sweet Cow, Starbucks, Cake Crumbs, Oblios, Chipotle, and others! And the student who has the most pledges will receive a $100 Amazon gift card! To be entered in the drawing, pledge forms must be turned in to the office on or before October 6, 2017. Go get those donations!
